You will conduct regular inspections, identify deficiencies, and report findings to housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams.

You will document inspection results, photograph issues when needed, and help revise procedures to improve consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• 1 year hotel/housekeeping experience
• Proficiency in Windows applications
• Clear English communication
• Pre-employment drug testing policy
• Must obtain CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission license
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections of guest rooms, corridors, suites, and public spaces using checklists.
• Verify housekeeping quality and amenity presentation to standards.
• Evaluate room condition, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Identify and document deviations with clear feedback and follow-up actions.
• Record findings using digital tools and checklists.
• Capture photos and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to resolve issues.
• Perform surprise inspections to assess guest experience.
• Ensure safety devices are functional and maintained.
• Suggest improvements and revise inspection procedures.
• Maintain logs and submit reports promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of inspection data.
• Keep tools in good working order.
• Report malfunctions or supply needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
