Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Guest Room Attendant at Belterra Casino Resort in Indiana to deliver premium guest service while maintaining high cleanliness standards in the hotel towers.

You will clean rooms, hallways, linen rooms and storage areas, greet guests, and report hazards. Training lasts about two months, with opportunity to assist on department projects and ensure top-quality rooms for guests.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and maintains Belterra Casino Resort cleanliness standards.
• Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms and storage areas as directed.
• Maintains and cleans equipment; documents duties performed during a shift.
• Reports safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling.
• Greets guests with the proper salutation and assists with issues within policies.
• Performs duties in a quiet and orderly manner to uphold room quality.
• Assists the houseperson on department projects as needed.
