The role oversees preventive maintenance programs, supervises maintenance staff, and manages budgets and vendor relationships while upholding regulatory standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
