Savoy Kansas City is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to administer and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections and to assume Housekeeping Manager duties in their absence. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, staff oversight, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Laundry and Housekeeping staff, enforcing safety rules, and ensuring daily assignments are completed accurately and on time. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in related field is helpful and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Inspect staff performance daily to ensure standards and productivity levels are met.
• Oversee closing of floors and ensure VIP rooms are prepared and reported.
• Maintain key control system and supervise Laundry and Housekeeping staff.
• Document poor performance, misconduct, absenteeism, lateness and attire.
