Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure the cleanliness and service standards of guest rooms and facilities. This role supports the Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager by identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions clearly and promptly.

Qualifications

• One year previous housekeeping or hotel experience required.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for compliance with cleanliness.
• Support the Housekeeping Supervisor with daily room readiness.
• Complete inspection report and checklists accurately.
• Train new employees on presentation of units and cleanliness.

Skills

Basic knowledge in computer system

Knowledge of cleaning equipment, methods, and chemicals

Ability to work in a team environment

Reliable and maintains a positive attitude

Good English communication skills

Bilingual is a bonus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
