Zingerman’s Roadhouse is seeking a part-time Host to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will report to Restaurant Managers and lead the host team during your shift, coordinating with front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver smooth service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of host or maître d’ experience in high-end settings, strong guest relations, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor and exceptional service standards.

• Part-time role; must be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Zingerman’s Roadhouse experience to guests.
• Leads host shift and coordinates with Restaurant Managers.
• Reviews reservations and communicates wait times accurately.
• Operates OpenTable, plots tables, and communicates with kitchen and managers.
• Handles cash and maintains a neat workspace.
