Qualifications

• Arrives on time for shifts, meetings, and classes.
• Follows training compact and takes responsibility for training.
• Follows service steps and manages order accuracy.
• Gives great service over the phone and handles multiple lines.
• Reviews reservations and prepares in advance for guest arrivals.
• Provides accurate wait times to guests.
• Keeps workspace neat and completes side work.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and Roadhouse tours.
• Has strong OpenTable knowledge and understands seating flow.
• Delegates tasks and communicates with leaders and staff.
• Participates in weekly huddles and knows key Roadhouse metrics.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them according to availability and reservations.
• Assist in managing reservations and guest flow during peak times.
• Maintain a tidy, efficient front-of-house workspace and assist team as needed.
• Provide engaging, friendly service and uphold Roadhouse standards.
