Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You’s Sushi-san in Nashville is hiring a Lead Host to coordinate guest seating, reservations and host operations. You’ll be the first and last friendly contact for guests, train new hosts, and partner with management to ensure smooth table turnover and a premier guest experience.

Requirements include at least 2 years of lead host or host experience in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts and assist with coat check,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of host experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Lead Host is responsible for greeting, seating, reservations and host training.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate needs.
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Train and supervise host staff.
• Manage reservations, phone etiquette, and seating.
• Maintain training manuals and host materials.
• Move chairs/tables safely and assist with cleanliness.
