Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of OpenTable or comparable reservation systems.

• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Monitor pacing, floor plans, and turn times in real time.
• Manage waitlists and reservation modifications with accuracy.
• Anticipate high-volume periods and adjust strategy.
• Maintain accurate guest notes, VIP tags, and special requests.
• Lead and support hosts during high-volume shifts.
