• Experience with reservation systems software.
• Professional, articulate, friendly and punctual.
• Willing to provide exceptional service and accommodate guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations on Seven Rooms.
• Engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining.
• Manage waiting guests and designate table assignments.
• Exhibit an excellent service attitude and accommodate guests.
• Be flexible to changing restaurant and guest needs.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate changes or VIPs to servers.
• Quote wait times accurately and seat guests promptly.
• Identify investors and restaurant VIPs for staff awareness.
• Support teammates and handle high-pressure periods.
