Job summary

Huse Culinary is seeking a Lead Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining room flow at Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre. You will work with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain wait times, while delivering a welcoming first impression.

You will be responsible for maintaining the host stand and reservation system, providing menus, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel attended to from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Prior Lead Host experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume upscale dining preferred.

Job Details

The role of a Lead Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. Location: Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre
