Job summary

Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre is seeking a Lead Host to welcome guests and guide them from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless dining experience. The role includes greeting patrons, escorting to tables, handling wait times, answering phones, and managing reservations with the reservation software.

Description

The role of a Lead Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software.
