Job summary

Huse Culinary is seeking a Lead Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining room flow at Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre. You will work with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain wait times, while delivering a welcoming first impression.

You will be responsible for maintaining the host stand and reservation system, providing menus, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel attended to from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Prior Lead Host experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume upscale dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.
• Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.
