The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in a telephone operator role, 1 year in Operator Services, and strong business English, plus proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience as a Telephone Operator or in a high-volume call center.
• One year experience in TMC Operator Services department.
• Strong oral and written communication in business English.
• Ability to sit, use computer and headsets for long shifts.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Lead the activities of the Corporate Operator Services Department.
• Handle high-volume calls and ensure 24/7 communication delivery at both facilities.
