Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD (PharmD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in a management/lead role.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Residency (PGY1) preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and workflow management.
• Manage dispensing systems, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Support policy development, quality improvement, and operational reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation.
