Responsibilities

Performs advanced maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance on hospital facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Conducts routine inspections and identifies corrective actions to maintain compliance and readiness.
Completes preventive and corrective maintenance work orders per schedule and standards.
Maintains records of maintenance activities and inspections using CMMS.
Assists with facility projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
Provides guidance and training to new maintenance staff on procedures and safety.
Responds to routine, urgent, and emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions to patient care.
