Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas including critical care areas, patient rooms, corridors, and other facilities to maintain a safe environment.
• Train and motivate staff to maximize service quality.
• Collaborate with patients, visitors and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, requisition and replenish as needed.
• Provide coverage during staff shortages to ensure continuous environmental services.
• Stay current with rules, regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Analyze workflows and suggest changes to improve efficiency and customer service.
