Job summary

Truman Medical Centers is seeking a Sr. Environmental Services Technician for UH Lakewood (3p–11:30p). You will lead a housekeeping crew, train new members, and ensure hospital-grade cleanliness and safety on every shift. Strong leadership, English communication, and a background in healthcare cleaning are essential.

Responsibilities include directing tasks, mentoring teammates, maintaining infection control, and ensuring equipment is used safely to protect patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping (healthcare or institutional setting preferred).
• Ability to operate floor machines and cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong understanding of using cleaning products on different surfaces.
• Natural leadership and clear communication in English.

Responsibilities
