• Associate degree in culinary arts.
• Food Safety Manager Certification within 90 days of entry.
• Experience supervising 12+ staff.
• Hospital/healthcare catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of hospital food production and service.
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission, HACCP, AHCA and laws.
• Motivate and develop a 12+ member food services team.
• Establish operating standards with the Operations Manager/Director.
