Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals; ensures quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature and timeliness.
• Follows standardized recipes, daily production charts, and HACCP procedures.
• Uses standard food preparation equipment and measuring devices.
• Maintains food safety and sanitation practices as per hospital requirements.
