Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the dining team. You will ensure safe, nutritious food is prepared and served, while delivering excellent customer service and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing reports on sales and doctors’ accounts, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in food service.
• Knowledge of safe food preparation and presentation.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Good computer skills desirable.
• ServSafe certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Dining Services employees.
• Ensure provision of safe and nutritious food and excellent customer service.
• Manage cash registers and sales reports, including doctors’ accounts and billing.
