Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead hospice services in Yazoo City, MS. You will oversee staff, coordinate patient care, and guide clinical decisions with a focus on high-quality end-of-life care.

The role calls for strong communication, leadership, and clinical excellence in a team-based setting, with responsibilities spanning referrals, care planning, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice in the operating state.
• BSN preferred.
• Previous hospice or home care management experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification maintained per policy.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.
• Support and guide clinical staff through home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.
• Develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
• Lead and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
