Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice teams in Yazoo City, MS. The role focuses on coordinating care, guiding clinical decisions, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes within a compassionate end-of-life care setting.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in MS, BSN preferred, CPR, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Join a team dedicated to excellence, with opportunities for development and engagement in community outreach.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of operation.
• BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.
• Support and guide clinical staff through home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.
• Help develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
• Lead and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote the hospice's mission and services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
