Job summary

Adoration Health in Yazoo City, MS, is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions. This role emphasizes leadership, quality patient care, and strong communication within an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license in Mississippi, hospice/home care experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience. A driver and CPR certification are required; BSN is preferred.

• Experience in hospice or home care required
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Current CPR certification
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and assign care duties to hospice staff
• Guide clinical staff during home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations
• Develop patient care plans and set treatment goals
• Lead team case conferences to ensure coordinated care
• Conduct chart audits and provide quality feedback
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of clinical staff
• Support staff development and continuing education programs
• Contribute to policy development and uphold care standards
• Engage in community outreach and promote hospice services
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals
