Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Hospice in Yazoo City, MS. The role oversees hospice staff, coordinates services, and guides clinical decisions to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN with current, unencumbered license to practice in the state of operation.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong observation, nursing judgment and communication skills.
• Understands hospice philosophy and end-of-life care principles.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.
• Guide clinical staff through home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.
• Develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
• Lead and participate in team case conferences for coordinated care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote hospice services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
