Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Yazoo City, MS area. You will oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions to ensure high-quality patient care at end of life.

The successful candidate will lead a compassionate team, participate in hiring and training, and uphold clinical standards in a supportive work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Mississippi.
• BSN preferred.
• Hospice or home care experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Proven ability to work well in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong observation, nursing judgment, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.
• Guide clinical staff during home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.
• Develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
• Lead and participate in team case conferences for coordinated, holistic care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote hospice services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
