Job summary

Simply Beautiful Space (SBS) is seeking an experienced Lead Home Organizer to run on-site sessions, guide a team, and deliver polished results for clients in the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas. This part-time, project-based role starts immediately and offers $25-$30 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

You will work closely with the SBS owner, plan sessions, coordinate product needs, and lead ongoing memberships.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional home organizing experience required; two or more years preferred.
• Experience leading a team, coordinating projects, or guiding other organizers strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently complete organizing projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for styling, proportion, and visual consistency.
• Ability to delegate clearly, prioritize tasks, and adapt when project needs change.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different personalities.
• A calm, resourceful approach to problem-solving and client decision-making.
• Willingness to learn and follow SBS's organizing methods, processes, and presentation standards.
• Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to continued improvement.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, scheduling tools, and project management apps.
• Reliable transportation to project locations throughout the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25-30 pounds and perform active work involving standing, bending, reaching, and using step stools.
• Experience with home styling, wardrobe styling, packing, unpacking, move coordination, and/or luxury residential services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site sessions with client and team and translate project plans into clear priorities.
• Monitor progress, and keep the client and SBS owner informed of updates and needs.
• Discuss organizing systems, identify product needs, and coordinate shopping approvals with SBS owner.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear plan and lead spaces from start to finish.
• Maintain continuity with membership clients and ensure ongoing maintenance of organizing systems.
• Support packing, unpacking, and move coordination as needed.
