Since 2018, we have helped clients organize their spaces, prepare for moves and renovations, pack and unpack, and sort through years of belongings with patience and care. Our work is practical, hands-on, and tailored to each client's space, priorities, and needs.
We are looking for on-call Assistant Organizers as well as experienced organizers who may have the skills and broader project awareness to serve as Lead Organizers on appropriate projects.
This is hands-on, project-based work in client homes, offices, and other spaces throughout the Boston area. Depending on the project, organizers may declutter, sort, categorize, pack and unpack, set up functional organizing systems, prepare spaces for moves or renovations, and help clients work through belongings connected to moves, downsizing, or other life transitions.
This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, use good judgment, recognize appropriate next steps, adapt as project needs change, and treat clients, their belongings, spaces, and personal information with care and discretion.
Client sessions are typically 4–6 hours. Some consistent weekday availability is required, with occasional evening, weekend, and short-notice availability helpful, such as within the week.
For candidates with the right combination of skills and interests, there may also be opportunities to contribute in a hybrid capacity in areas such as digital organizing; CRM, administrative, project-management, or business systems; and social media, marketing, photography, video, or content creation.
Assistant Organizers are paid $20–$30 per hour, and Lead Organizers receive $33–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is an on-call, project-based opportunity based on client demand; hours are not guaranteed. Client sessions are typically 4–6 hours.
