• 2+ years leading a crew or team on deadline-driven projects.
• Ability to manage parallel tasks and delegate effectively.
• Ability to read project sequence and prioritize groundwork first.
• Hands-on leadership from the floor with the crew.
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with clients (NDA).
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
