Qualifications

• Pharmacist must be licensed in the state of employment.
• Experience in acute-care or home infusion settings preferred.
• Knowledge of intravenous admixture services and related therapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day pharmacy activities in absence of Pharmacy Manager.
• Supervises pharmacists, technicians, and warehouse staff.
• Directs drug preparation, sterile products, dispensing and clinical services.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to optimize operations.
• Reviews new patient orders and documents appropriately.
• Provides drug therapy monitoring and communicates results to care teams.
• Maintains documentation and supports QA and compliance programs.
