Qualifications

• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations with oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day pharmacy operations in absence of Pharmacy Manager.
• Directs drug preparation, sterile admixtures, dispensing, and clinical services.
• Collaborates with nursing, customer service, and distribution to optimize workflows.
• Maintains documentation and compliance with federal/state/local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Provides consultation to physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on drug therapy.
