Job summary

RN license required (BSN preferred); 3 years RN experience with IV skills; 1 year supervisory experience; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• BSN preferred; approved nursing program completion.
• 3 years RN experience with IV therapy; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV meds and therapies in patients' homes.
• Supervise Infusion Office staff and collaborate with clinical team.
• Monitor patient conditions, document outcomes, and ensure safety.
• Train and coach staff; ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
