You will conduct nursing assessments, administer IV therapies, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with a skilled team to ensure safe, effective care in the home setting. CPR certification and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, home care ideal, strong IV skills.
• BSN or ADN or graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patients’ condition and notify the nursing team of changes.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to meet patient care outcomes.
• Discuss healthcare with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Administer IV therapies.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
