InfuCare Rx is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centric team in Pennsburg, PA. This full-time professional role involves delivering IV therapy at patients' homes, ensuring safety and compliance, and coordinating with the nursing team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted RN license, have 3 years of RN experience (home care a plus), and possess CPR certification. Must be eligible to work in the US and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred; home care a plus; strong IV skills.
• BSN/ASN or equivalent nursing program completion.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record; pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient condition; act as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to meet care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the team.
• Perform IV therapy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
