Job summary

InfuCare Rx is looking for an IV infusion nurse in Pennsburg, PA to join our growing specialty home infusion team. The role requires a valid RN license, strong IV skills, and a patient-centered approach to care at home.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, documenting clinical information, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes for complex conditions. Weekend and per diem shifts available to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience; home care preferred with IV skills.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Eligibility to work in the US and pass competency checks.
• Clean background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and interpret patient conditions with IV therapy.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to meet patient care goals.
• Discuss care with patients and relay information to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
