Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with 1 year in home health, clinic, or health facility preferred.
• Strong IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical aspects and care staff for assigned cases.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and prescribed treatments.
• Provide advanced wound care, including NPWT management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper patient coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
