Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years clinical experience; 1 year in home health or related setting preferred.
• Strong IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care skills.
• Reliable transportation and insurance might be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical care staff for assigned business.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide advanced wound care, including NPWT management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
