BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead clinical care and supervise care-staff in home health settings. You will develop patient care plans, perform in-home assessments, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, CPR, 3–5 years in clinical settings with home health preferred, and strong skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care.

Qualificações

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with 1 year in home health, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.
• Reliable car/auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical care staff for assigned business.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide advanced wound care, including NPWT management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper patient coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
