Responsibilities

• Review plans of treatment for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the care team.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform periodic supervisory visits and initial admissions assessments.
• Report patient responses and changes to physicians.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
