Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Kentucky RN licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs nursing and home care as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Reviews plans of treatments for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness.
• Provides leadership and supervision to the care team to ensure compassionate, respectful care and comprehensive case management.
• Maintains accurate records of services rendered to patients.
• Evaluates and reevaluates the care and nursing needs of each patient.
• Supervises and trains nursing services personnel; provides orientation and competency oversight.
• Performs clinical supervisory visits on Home Health Aide patients every two weeks.
• Performs admission assessment and develops written Plans of Care.
• Reports patient responses to treatments to physicians and changes in condition.
• Ensures privacy and confidentiality; participates in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
