Job summary

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to lead residential projects from initiation to completion on site in Staten Island, NY. You will oversee field operations, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain open communication with project managers and stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years of residential construction experience, strong leadership, and fluency with construction management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of residential construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, RS Means, Excel, Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential builders and ensure construction timelines are met.
• Meet weekly with Project Managers and Support Team to review progress, timelines, materials, and change orders.
• Establish and manage relationships with builders and architects.
• Review reports to ensure owner’s needs are met and monitor Buildertrend daily logs.
• Travel to project locations as required.
• Create weekly progress reports.
