Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction across on-your-lot or scattered lot projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects (8–10) concurrently.
• 4+ year track record in operations and project leadership within New Construction.
• Strong team-building and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site activities from design/pre-con through contracting and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule adherence while monitoring build quality.
