Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison to other departments for laboratory specialty coordination.
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation used for diagnosis.
• Performs advanced tissue analysis and guides staff in preparing difficult specimens.
• Develops and validates complex histochemical stains and immunochemistry protocols.
• Monitors quality control systems and manages workflow to ensure timely, accurate results.
• Assists supervision in policy updates, training, and staff orientation.
