Job summary

TPD in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Highway Project Manager/Team Lead with 9–15 years of highway project experience and an active NJ PE license. The role requires leadership, BD activities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

With a history of top rankings and a collaborative, flexible environment, the candidate will lead design teams, mentor staff, and help drive proposals while coordinating with NJDOT and other agencies. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of highway project experience.
• NJ Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• NJDOT experience preferred.
• Experience with County Projects, DRPA/DRJTBC is a bonus.
• Led highway design teams or projects.
• Experience in preparing technical and price proposals.
• Willing to attend marketing events.
• Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for highway-oriented projects.

• Perform Business Development activities including attending professional society events.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $165,000(depending on qualifications)
