Job summary

TPD is seeking a Senior Highway Project Manager/Team Lead in New Jersey. The role sources a seasoned professional to serve as Technical Lead, mentor staff, develop business opportunities, and manage schedules and budgets across multiple highway projects.

The ideal candidate has 9–15 years of experience, holds a NJ PE license, and is proficient with MS Office; familiarity with NJDOT, DRPA/DRJTBC, and driving to project sites is preferred. Competitive pay range offered.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of experience.
• NJ PE License.
• Experience with NJDOT is preferred.
• Experience on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus.
• Led Highway projects as Task Leader / Lead Designer.
• Prepares technical and price proposals.
• Willing to attend marketing events.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $165,000(depending on qualifications)
