Job summary

Ash Properties Ltd is seeking a Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential renovation, restoration, and addition projects across multiple homes. You will direct field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Required: 5+ years in residential remodeling project management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CM software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in residential remodeling/renovation/additions.
• Experience supervising construction personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple remodeling/renovation projects concurrently from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead and develop field personnel across teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance across a portfolio of projects.
• Monitor financial performance: forecasting, change orders, cost controls, profitability.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
