Docketly is hiring a Recruiting Manager in Longmont, CO to lead a team of 7-10 recruiters in a high-volume legal staffing environment. The role drives performance, accountability to KPIs, and development of recruiters to meet production, quality, and margin goals.

You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close attorneys, turning these skills into scalable systems that help the team hit targets monthly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, including 2+ years leading teams in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive production targets.
• Experience coaching recruiters to improve performance and output.
• Strong understanding of staffing metrics, margins, and loss prevention.
• Data-driven, with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on recruiting experience, including sourcing your own candidates and high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, including objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of high-volume recruiters, ensuring strong daily performance.
• Run daily stand-ups and performance reviews to maintain accountability.
• Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed, candidate quality, and real-time performance.
• Develop top performers and address underperformance quickly.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results.
