Qualifications

• Proficiency with parametric CAD tools (Creo / SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, resources, and engineering communication during design, development, and testing of components and hardware.
• Oversee timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are met; communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.
• Develop and implement engineering development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting for hardware development projects.
• Mentor and guide team members and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
