Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up high-rise tower in Austin, overseeing budget, schedule, safety and quality from preconstruction through handover.

You will coordinate structural, envelope, MEP and interior trades, manage subcontractor procurement and owner/consultant communications, and drive risk and change management across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ground-up high-rise delivery experience required.
• Hotel, condo or mixed-use towers exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate structural, envelope, MEP and interiors with teams.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and change orders.
• Oversee owner and design team communications and reporting.
• Lead meetings, risk reporting and financial performance reviews.
• Oversee commissioning, inspections, and final closeout.
