Job summary

Centurion Selection seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead all construction efforts on a 35-story downtown Miami condo project valued at $200 million, with ground breaking imminent.

You will plan schedules, coordinate with PMs, subs, and vendors, enforce safety, drive quality, and resolve field challenges to keep the project on track.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in CM/Eng or related field and 10–15 years in high-rise construction, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in high-rise multifamily or hotel construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials for multifamily projects.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Oversee on-site construction, subcontractor coordination, and material handling.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with PMs and design teams to resolve issues and keep on schedule.
